Our Candles
How do our candles work?
Our candles have two wicks: one that burns in a spiral and one that burns downwards. First, light the spiral wick and watch as the wax melts into the middle and forms a new candle. When this wick is out, light the wick in the centre and enjoy your candles fragrance!

Where are our candles made?
All our candles are currently made in our team’s kitchen. We love the home-made nature of our products as we love being connected to each candle and having the ability to quickly change and improve our output!
How do I burn candles safely?
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not burn your candle near anything that might catch fire. Give your candle a nice clear surface.
Keep your lit candles away from draughts to ensure the flame won’t spread.
Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
Extinguish the flame if it becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Before re-lighting, trim the wick and check for draughts.
When putting out a flame, watch until it is completely extinguished and the smoke has cleared before leaving the room.
Do you test on animals?
None of our candles' ingredients have been tested on animals. We are cruelty-free!
Are your candles vegan?
Our beeswax supplier can approve that it is derived from bees production but no animals are harmed in the process.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Your order will typically be shipped within one business day. If ordered before 2pm (BST), orders may go out the same day depending on stock levels. If your product is going to take longer to ship, we will reach out to you via the email you have provided.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on the basis that the candle is returned unused and in its original packaging. We also accept returns where the candle is damaged upon arrival. For more information and to see if your return would be approved please see Returns and Exchanges.
