Deliveries

We deliver Monday-Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. If you order before 2pm (BST), your order will be processed on that same day. Any orders after this will be processed the following working day. 

We offer FREE shipping on Standard Class deliveries. 

UK delivery via Royal Mail:

• Standard Class (2-3 business days) 
• First Class delivery (1 business day if ordered before 2pm)

International delivery via Royal Mail:

• Europe (3-17 business days) 
• Rest of World (3-17 business days)

 

Returns and Refunds

At The Candle Project, we strive to make high-quality, fun candles. So, if you should have a problem with your candle, please reach out and let us know what's going on. 

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused and in the same condition and packaging it arrived in.

Please email us at hello@candleproject.co with the order # to receive detailed instructions. Unauthorised returns will not guarantee a refund. To complete your return, we require proof of postage. 

Once we have received your returned candle and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. You will receive confirmation as to whether your refund has been approved. If successful, your refund will be issued into your original method of payment within a few days.
